What Is Economic Impact Of Supercenters?

The San Diego City Council voted this week to require companies to conduct an economic impact study if they want to build a supercenter in the city. A supercenter is defined as a big-box store that has dedicated more than 90,000 square feet of floor space to non-taxable items like groceries.
