'Gang Pimps' Power Over Girls

Federal investigators say one out of three teenage girls living on the streets will be lured into prostitution within 48 hours of leaving home. Many of those young girls fall prey to street gangs. As part of our series, San Diego Gang Stories, we take a look at how prostitution is the new drug for San Diego gang members.
