S.D. Unified Officials Discuss Budget Cuts, Community-Based School Reform

The San Diego Unified School District board is facing some difficult choices as it discusses how to cut potentially $141 million from the budget for next school year. Superintendent Bill Kowba and Board President Richard Barrera join us to discuss the district's financial challenges.
