Family Of Man Tasered At San Ysidro Border Crossing Wants Justice

Family members of a 42-year-old man tasered by Border Patrol agents at the San Ysidro Border Crossing last Friday night said he is brain dead. The Mexican Consulate in San Diego says it appears federal agents used excessive force.
