Shawn Mullins, the singer-songwriter best known for his Top 10 hit "Lullaby," will bring his southern style of humanity, heartache and hope to Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UC San Diego, for this month’s Green Flash Seaside Concert. On Wednesday, Aug. 20, Mullins will perform his extensive repertoire on the aquarium’s outdoor tide-pool plaza. Doors open at 6 p.m.
