Fatty Acid Profiles of Wild and Farmed Fish

We <a href="http://www.kpbs.org/news/2009/nov/03/whats-your-salmon/">sent</a> two fish samples off to a lab in Portland, Oregon for fatty acid testing. They sent us back a complete fatty acid profile of both fish samples. Chemists found that the wild salmon had 3.95 grams of total fat, while the farmed salmon had 15.29 grams of fat.
