Eveoke Dance Theatre presents Celebrate Dance Festival

Over fifty-five regional dance groups participate in this annual event held in various Balboa Park venues.
Join us in August 2009 for the 13th annual Celebrate Dance Festival in Balboa Park. Free to the public, see dance of all kinds inside the 650-seat Casa Del Prado Theatre and a beautiful outdoor venue. Over 55 regional dance groups perform works over three full days offering an incredibly diverse range of dance in types, styles, ethnic heritages and abilities. The festival presents a range of dancers including the region’s most acclaimed and stunning professionals while offering work in world forms, modern dance, contemporary dance, jazz, tap, ballet, hip-hop, Butoh dance and much, much more! This is your chance to see the many dance companies in the Southern California region while basking in the beauty of Balboa Park! Bring your whole family and a large picnic!
