Mineko will be preparing and serving up these refreshing Japanese Bistro dishes. A variety of Japanese beers will be served.

Recipes:

Pan-Fried Pork Dumplings (gyoza) with Ginger-Soy Dipping Sauce; Green Bean Tempura with Spicy Chipotle Aioli and Lemon Salt; Panko Coated Macaroni and Cheese Croquettes with Tonkatu Sauce; Steak Japanese-Style served with Wasabi Mayo and Japanese Chimichurri.
