Meet chef Gaetano Cicciotti, author of the new cookbook "Cicciotti's Kitchen: Italian Family Favorites," at the Barnes & Noble in Encinitas on Wednesday, December 16th. He will be signing copies of his book and handing out delectable pasta samples at 5 PM.
