The experts at Bon Appétit have designed this fun weeklong camp just for teens. Each day the culinary campers will learn something new—and create four delicious recipes. They’ll start with knife skills, then move along to three cooking techniques: sautéing, roasting and grilling. They’ll wrap up the week on a sweet note by whipping up four irresistible desserts, including Chocolate Chip and Cherry Bread Puddings and Butterscotch Drop Scones. (Camp fee includes a santoku knife and an exclusive Sur La Table apron and market bag.)
