Violinist Jamie Laval (U.S. National Scottish Fiddle Champion) presents a concert of Progressive Acoustic Instrumental Celtic music, accompanied by multi-instrumentalist Zac Leger (of the Eileen Ivers Band) on Friday, July 31 at 8:00 pm at the University of California San Marcos Music Department Recital Hall. The performance will highlight Laval's acclaimed arrangement and performance style in music from around the Celtic diaspora, including Scotland, Ireland, Brittany, Quebec, and Appalachia.
