Learn how to compost food scraps and yard trimmings as well as the concept of vermicomposting, (worm compost) which makes the best nutrient-rich organic fertilizer and soil conditioner. Compost bins and worm bins for sale afterward. Families are welcome. This workshop is taught by Solana Center Master Composters. Meet at the Compost Demonstration Site near the Children’s Garden.
