From 20-22 November 2009, San Diego State University will host an academic symposium to mark 200 years since Charles Darwin's birth and 150 years since the publication of "On the Origin of Species." Focusing on Darwin's impact on the Humanities and the Social Sciences, thinkers from various fields will debate and celebrate Darwin's enduring influence.
