Loews Coronado Bay Resort pays homage to the hard-working folks who produce, harvest and catch the ingredients enjoyed at local eateries on a daily basis at this seasonal dinner series, pairing chefs with a local purveyor for a four-course dining experience.
This month's installation features the fresh products of Kanaloa Seafood prepared by Marc Ehrler, master chef of France.
