One of Shakespeare’s most enduring – and bawdiest – comedies, "The Taming of the Shrew" is the quintessential battle-of-the-sexes. The hot-blooded courtship between the wily Petruchio and acid-tongued Katherina has entered popular culture both as a musical ("Kiss Me Kate") and teen romance ("10 Things I Hate About You").
