A Taste of Greece: Cooking With The Opera Singing Chef
Chef Elizabeth will teach a refreshing appetizer of eggplant capanata. She will also fire up the grill and share her grilling tips for the best, most flavorful, lamb chops with curried mango chutney; and for dessert, a refreshing a pineapple-grapefruit granita. Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish.
