KPBS and the Escondido Children's Museum present a special screening of "Families Stand Together: Feeling Secure in Tough Times"

This new "Sesame Street" film, hosted by Al Roker, Deborah Roberts, and Elmo, aims to help families with children ages two to eight who are experiencing difficult economic challenges.

Meet and greet with Clifford, participate in free kid-friendly activities, learn about several community service organizations in your area and pick up lots of free giveaways!

Get tips on tough money matters from local financial journalist George Chamberlin!

Featuring live performances by The Jumpitz!

Date & Times: Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

* From I-5, take Highway 78 east.
* Take I-15 south and exit at Valley Parkway and turn left.
* Turn left on to Escondido Blvd.
* The Center is 2 1/2 blocks down on the right.

FROM RIVERSIDE COUNTY
* Take I-15 south.
* Exit at Valley Parkway and turn left.
* Turn left on to Escondido Blvd.
* The Center is 2 1/2 blocks down on the right.

Parking is located in the north lot off of Escondido Blvd. adjacent to the Concert Hall. Please respect our neighbors and only park in this lot. There is no charge for parking.
