Stan has been working in the meat business for over forty years and is still motivated by his love for what he does. Stan is a master meatcutter and will share his masterful knowledge of meat, specifically steaks.

Chris joined Stan at Iowa Meat Farms in 2006, seeking to improve his knowledge and skill in the meat business. After a successful culinary education and plentiful work experience, Chris found his home working as Executive Chef of Iowa Meat Farms. Having Stan Glenn and Chris Brill at Great News! is a treat for all! Class is held at the Great News! Cooking School.

Recipes: Mushroom Stuffed Boneless Breast of Veal; Short Ribs Bourguignon; “Quickly” Braised Lamb With Fettuccine Noodles; Braised Guinea Fowl.
