Interfaith Day of Service

Rescheduled rain day: MLK Jr. Interfaith Day of Service is on Presidents Day, Monday, February 15.

Join Congregation Beth Israel, First United Methodist Church of San Diego, and the Islamic Center of San Diego together with the Chinmaya Mission, Temple Emanu-El and others to help beautify a community treasure, Balboa Park, during a morning of hands-on community service. Meet at 9:00 a.m. behind the Hall of Champions to work outdoors clearing and hauling brush, mulching and planting. Get Directions (Google Maps)

At noon, share in a bring-your-own picnic on the lawn. Register at www.fumcsd.org/KingDay if you did not register previously. All are welcome.
