Con Alma is a rambunctious and versatile Latin Jazz band of San Diego all star musicians. They incorporate salsa, samba, rhythms of American Jazz and popular music into their repertoire. The band truly takes off utilizing the entire range of the dynamic spectrum.

Come and enjoy this high energy Latin Jazz Ensemble on Thursday, July 8, featuring Glen Fisher on bass, Carlos Vasquez on drums, John Rekevics on saxophone, Lynn Willard on piano, and Yosvany on congas. Chairs will be provided.

Summer evenings are a delightful way to enjoy the beautiful grounds of the San Diego Botanic Garden. The Garden will be open on Thursday evenings until 8 p.m. from Memorial Day to Labor Day. On selected nights, there will be special entertainment in the Lawn Garden.
