Admission includes entrance to our Afternoon Scholars Lecture where you get to join scientists from around the county to learn about a variety of topics as they share the latest information in a friendly and exciting environment.
The topic for June 7 is “Successful Aging and Cognitive Awareness” and following the lecture the IMAX film “Coral Reef Adventure” will be shown.
Join Dr. Stephen Barnes of San Diego State University for a presentation on how and why human beings age. Particular emphasis will be on the 21 universal aging events all adults experience, as well as the latest research on memory loss and cognitive decline.
