You're invited to the Healthy and Cruelty-Free Cooking Show with Free Food Samples & Cookbook Raffles

Location: Scripps Miramar Ranch Library (in the community room): 10301 Scripps Lake Drive, San Diego, CA 92131 Google Map

Admission: Free, open to all ages

Cooks from Vegan San Diego will teach you how to create three easy, quick, tasty and nutritious recipes: Vegetarian Shaking "Beef", Creamy Almond Salad and Loving Hut's "Cheese" Bread.

There will be free gift bags, and cookbook raffles for all attendees.
