In this class, Chef Sabine will teach you the fundamentals of purchasing, storing, and the techniques necessary to preparing this wonderful fowl that will transport your palate and make your heart sing.
You will make stuffed honey duck with red cabbage and mashed potatoes, along with roasted duck, apple dressing, gravy and polenta. Bring an apron, closed toe shoes, a chefs knife and containers to carry your creations home.
