Alchemy of the Hearth's Chef Joy Jameson will share her expertise in pasta making, which comes from extensive training at the Barilla Institute in Italy. This class focuses on how to make the dough for pastas such as, fettuccine, tagliatelle and linguine.
*Bring an apron, closed toe shoes, and a cookie sheet with sides along with containers to take your creations home. (Ages 8-13).
