Cooking under pressure reduces cooking times which saves energy as well as offers you a chance to prepare full flavored meals with less nutritional loss. Learn the ins and outs of pressure cooking from Chef Elizabeth.
Recipes taught: Southwest Style Beef Brisket, Smokey Red Beans and Rice, and Applesauce with Cranberries and Cointreau. Recipes and tastings will be offered for each dish.
