Join certified confectionery artist Ro Zinniger for this 4 hour hands on workshop geared toward learning the proper techniques of applying fondant to cakes. You will learn about pre made fondant, how to apply it to your cake, how to applique, emboss, crimp, quilt and apply accents with fondant.
You will need to bring a real cake at least 4 inches high, that has been filled, crumb coated with buttercream icing and placed on a cake board that is larger than the cake (for example an 8 inch cake should be placed on a 10 inch cake board).
*Bring an apron, wear comfortable closed toe shoes and bring a cookie sheet or container to transport your finished cake home.
