Abundant fresh herbs and greens, delicate soups and stir-fries, and well-seasoned grilled foods served on, or with, rice or noodles are the mainstays of the Vietnamese delicacies.
Join Chef Arleen as she takes you on a journey to Vietnam. Bring an apron, closed toe shoes, chefs knife and containers to carry your creations home. You'll make Pho Ga (Chicken Noodle Soup), Spring Rolls with Shrimp, Stir Fried Long Beans with Prawns, Galangal & Garlic Dipping Sauces, Garlic and Ginger Rice with Cilantro.
