Chef Elizabeth is an avid “griller,” using different woods to infuse flavor. Join her as she shares her recipes for a Smokey and Spicy Baba Ganoush Hummus made with roasted eggplants, onions, and peppers; Apple Smoked Lamb Chops with pressure-cooked applesauce and cranberries; and Cinnamon Cured and Cherry Wood Smoked Chicken Breast with cherry BBQ sauce.
