Join us for a wonderful adventure based upon Grand Dame Julia Child’s famous cookbook, "Mastering the Art of French Cooking." We’ll recreate several of her recipes and explore the nuances of French cooking techniques, the “how to” of reading a recipe and the joy of eating incredibly delicious meals made by our own hands!
*Bring an apron, chef knife, wear comfortable closed toe shoes and bring containers to transport your creations home. Pre-registration is required and class size is limited to 6 students. Class runs August 8th through August 11th, 2011.
