Join Executive Chef Salvatore (Sal) Petrolino for an evening of classic American foods. You'll learn how to prepare delicious foods your friends and family will love such as ground derby salad, braised short ribs and banana betty. The class takes place on August 25th, 2011 at 6p.m.

*Bring an apron, wear comfortable closed toe shoes, bring a chef's knife and containers to carry your leftovers home.
