Photoshop For Photographers Workshop

John Thurston teaches you to produce stunning displayable images! As a photographer, concentrate on just the tools and methods needed to accomplish traditional tasks, in the simplest and easiest step-by-step lessons. Learn to import images, name files, organize and store, process RAW or JPEG files, resize and crop images, proper resolution settings for email and print, color correct and prep for printing, and perhaps the most fun of all, learn to retouch!
Make unwanted objects vanish and realistic cosmetic procedures on portraits with the click or two of a mouse. Please have some experience with an advanced point-n-shoot or DSLR camera that captures images in RAW format. You must bring a laptop to each class with at least Adobe Photoshop CS2, CS3, or CS4 or Photoshop Elements installed. The class takes place Thursdays, June 9th & 16th, 2011 at 6 – 9p.m. and Sundays, August 21 & 28 at 1 – 4pm. Register online.
