Join Chef Carrie for a morning of chowder making. You'll learn what techniques are necessary to make perfect chowder each and every time. You'll work with corn and clam and learn how to convert these recipes into a chowder of your own. The class takes place on February 5th, 2011 at 1:30p.m.
*Bring an apron, closed toe shoes, chef's knife and containers to carry your creations home.
