Southern California loves its burgers! Join chef Michael and find out the in's and out's of making your own gourmet burgers. In this class you'll learn about the importance of seasoning, the types of meat, what fillings and how your own home made buns can transport your burgers from being everyday so so to out of this world balistic! The class takes place on February 10th, 2011 at 6p.m.
*Bring an apron, closed toe shoes, chef's knife and containers to carry your creations home.
