'Aztec News Letter' Exhibit

During World War II, San Diego State produced a "life line at the front lines" for student servicemen in the armed forces. "The Aztec News Letter" was compiled by Dr. Lauren Post and sent to those serving and their families as a means of uniting friends and loved ones.

The SDSU Library has created an exhibit titled "Dear Doc Post: San Diego State's Aztec News Letter during World War II," which will run through May 24th, 2011 in the gallery area outside of Special Collections (Room 4410). This exhibit features some of the thousands of letters students wrote to "Doc" Post during wartime.
