USS Midway Museum Presents The Centennial Of Naval Aviation

This special exhibit will depict San Diego as the birthplace of Naval Aviation. A graphic overview of how Carrier Aviation and then perfected in San Diego before World War II. "Wings for the Navy" a special documentary will also be featured.

The USS Midway Museum is an unforgettable adventure for the entire family. Guests can spend the day exploring more than 60 exhibits with a collection of 25 restored aircraft. The self-guided audio tour, narrated by Midway sailors, brings the carrier's history to life. Those who dare can "take to the sky" aboard one of three flight simulators.
Hours of Operation:
The USS Midway Museum is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily (except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day). Last admission is at 4 p.m.
