Instructor Tes Shea helps you let you know that you’re the designer when it comes to creating these trendy fashion originals. Join Tes Shea, Senior Art Clay World Instructor, to learn the basics of working with silver metal clay. In this introduction to metal clay workshop, you will be able to construct a pair or two of fine silver earrings.
Metal Clay is a "green" material made from reclaimed silver particles from various industries. The silver is placed into a binder which makes it very moldable and pliable. Fine Silver 99.9% jewelry is produced after the binder is burned out. No previous experience working with metal clay or special equipment is required. All materials and supplies will be provided.
The class takes place Monday, Feb. 14 6 – 9 p.m. Register online.
