62° OvercastArtist Cherry Sweig will instruct students on how to capture nature on canvas in this intimate, hands-on workshop at the Chula Vista Nature Center.
The class will observe live wildlife up-close and projected on a large screen. This is a three-part workshop series (pdf) at the Nature Center. Each class includes a 30-minute art demonstration. Students will take home an acrylic or watercolor painting ready to frame in a small portfolio.

March 12: Hike & Paint
Ages 12+. A simulataneous children's program also offered.
