At the Bravo School of Art, John Thurston will lead an introduction to point 'n shoot photography on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011 at 1 p.m.
Wondering what do all the buttons and settings on your camera do? Most point-and-shoot cameras have limited controls. Learn to leverage the controls at your disposal to produce significantly improved photographs using your basic camera. Explore topics such as camera fundamentals, ISO, white balance and lighting, and exposure controls. Please bring your camera with its manual, memory card and a charged and/or spare battery.
