Join Chef Carrie in an evening of chowder making. You'll learn what techniques are necessary to make perfect chowder each and every time. You'll work with corn and clam and learn how to convert these recipes into a chowder of your own.
Bring an apron, closed toe shoes, chef's knife and containers to carry your creations home. The class takes place January 12th 2011 at 6p.m.
