Join Registered Dietitian Donna Wolf and Executive Chef Arleen Lloyd for a comprehensive 12 week program geared towards healthy eating on a personalized level. Donna will show you the in's and out's of eating healthy and chef Arleen will help you learn how to cook your favorite meals in a way that will allow you to achieve your goals.
Our program is divided into three 4 week components. Each component focuses on helping you develop the skills needed for success. Each class is divided into lecture lab concept. In the lecture portion Donna will address your personal issues and concerns while teaching you how to eat your way to a healthy lifestyle. In the lab portion Chef Arleen will teach you hands on how to cook meals you'll love to eat.
