Comfort can be found in many ways, but we all know that eating familiar foods is a powerful way to feel safe. Whatever it is that allows us to feel truly at home within that first bite, we know it is powerful indeed. However powerful and special those foods are, they often come laden with huge amounts of calories, sugars, fats, and if it is a processed food, loads of other ingredients that can barely be pronounced. In this class we will be creating some classic comfort foods with all the same amazing flavors, but more nutritious and health friendly than the standard recipes.
