In this rather fast paced workshop on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., you will be given an 8” x 8” chipboard book (not shaped like a boat) with 8 pages and 2 ring binder clips to work in. Fill each page, including the front and back covers with new mixed media techniques.
Some techniques you might explore are: bleach and black paper, resists on paper, painting (paintover), gesso carving and scribing, as well as using a variety of unusual mark making tools. Lisa Bebi will instruct you page by page and also give you a step-by-step written guide to take home.
