Join chef Arleen Lloyd us as we explore the alchemy of soup making, the how to's, how long's and why's of different cooking techniques, the must have ingredients and how to properly store your hard earned efforts. You'll make classic chicken soup, chicken and dumplings, avgolemono soup (Greek Egg-Lemon Soup) and Moroccan Carrot Soup. The class takes place on June 21st, 2011 at 10a.m.
