Instructor Lauren Becker Downey will help you learn the basics of traditional tapestry as you explore a variety of joining techniques and the possibilities of making images with yarn. Tapestry is a weft-faced weaving and you will learn exactly what that means. Practice on a frame loom which is yours to keep. Please bring a dinner fork, a hammer and scissors. The classes takes place on Fridays, July 15th, 22nd & 29th at 1 PM - 4 PM.
