This workshop will focus on luminous watercolor techniques used when painting flowers and plants. Explore wet into wet, dropped in color and resist methods creating magnified, close-up botanical compositions. Learn about color combinations and the use of metallic, iridescent and interference watercolors. Please bring in notebook and a #14 round synthetic or natural hair watercolor brush. Other supplies will be provided. This event will take place Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 10am – 4pm
Costs: This event will cost $81 per member and $92 per nonmember. Material fees are $15.
