Celebrate with us our magnificent summer and the bounty of our lives as we explore the nuances of wine and food in our first four-day Food and Wine Festival.
We'll explore the wines of Spain, Italy, Portugal, and California along with the foods that make each region a culinary work of art. Each evening you'll taste four to five distinct wines, as well as, learn how to prepare dishes that pair well with each wine.
*You must be 21 years old to participate in this class and ID's will be checked at the door.
Come hungry and don't eat any garlic or strong substances prior to the class for an optimal tasting experience. The festival begins July 18th and ends on July 21st, 2011. Pre-registration is required and seating is limited.
