In this 2-part workshop, learn the basics of mosaic while creating a work of art. Bring a hammer, the object of your choice to mosaic; a box, plate, table top, vase, wide picture frame, flower pot, etc. (made of terra cotta, glass, metal, ceramics, cement or wood) and the tiles or dishes to break in class. In the first meeting, students will break, design and apply their broken pieces. Grout at the second meeting.
Classes take place on:
Wednesdays, May 18 & 25 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Mondays, June 20 & 27 6 – 9 p.m.
Sundays, July 17 & 24 2 – 5 p.m.
Cost: $81 Bravo member / $93 non-member Materials fee $10
