There is no better way to preserve the wonderful flavors of our harvest than through canning. Join Executive chef Arleen Lloyd as she teaches you the proper way to prepare and can the magnificent bounty of our local farms. The class takes place March 2nd, 2011 10a.m.

*You will need to bring an apron, closed toe shoes, chef's knife and 3 dish towels.
