There is a long tradition of the ancient art of Kae Sa Luk – known as fruit and vegetable carving in Thailand. Seven centuries of history and heritage follow this art form where body and mind are focused on the conception and creation of ephemeral works of sheer beauty.
Traditionally this art form was passed down from one generation to the next generation of Thai women. Today, it has become a skill widely taught in culinary institutes around the world.
Join Chef Krong in this wonderful series of 3 classes geared toward unleashing the hidden artist in you. You will learn how to create flowers, leaves and designs from an array of fruits and vegetables.
