Join Chef Joy as she teaches the wonders of "true" Italian sauces in all their glory! There's more to sauce making than marinara and your typical spaghetti sauce! The class takes place on March 22nd, 2011 at 4p.m. Keep in mind this class is for ages 14-17.
*Bring an apron, chef's knife, and containers to carry your creations home.
